Tango Collab – Saturday Práctica
4:30 – 7:00 – Práctica
The Práctica is your opportunity to practice what you’ve been learning in class, refresh your technique.
Beginners are very welcome and help is available from teachers of the day and experienced dancers if required.

Doors open at 7:30, the 30-min Class* with Grant starts at 7:45, followed by Práctica till 10 pm. Fortnighly at 48 Aro St.
$5 class, 5$ Práctica. Combine or join us any time. Cookies and tea/coffee provided.
X-change your knowledge, partners and the roles! All levels and styles are welcome.
*The class is aimed at those who already dance at milongas.

International Tango Day – Concert & Milonga – AOTANGO Quintet
Join AOTANGO quintet for an evening celebrating the tango. Presented in two parts, the evening will open with a concert programme of tango and world music and conclude with a milonga, open for dancers to dance tandas (sets) of tangos, milongas & waltzes.
AOTANGO features violinist Andrew Beer (APO Concertmaster), pianist Somi Kim (NZTrio), double bassist Gordon Hill (APO Section Principal), jazz guitarist Sam Swindells and world champion accordionist Grayson Masefield.
Guest Dancers: Alex White & Denise Hui
